The module detects its spectral data. , Upload it to the Alibaba Cloud IoT platform through the NB-IoT wireless communication module, and identify the type through sample learning and cloud computing.

In this solution design, MICROCHIP’s ultra-low power processor based on ARM Cortex-M0+ is used as the main control platform to run local data acquisition and Alibaba Cloud’s communication protocol. Program data flow

Users can set the parameters, spectrum data and waveform curve of the NB-IoT wireless communication module through the software tool developed by Excelpoint Shijian. The software can also match the sample similarity with the local numerical control library, and after calculating the similarity with the database in the user server through TCP/IP, the result is returned to the module, and sent to the Alibaba Cloud IoT platform through the SIM7020C communication module. Of course, users can also use the paid computing function of the Alibaba Cloud IoT platform to obtain calculation results.
